Terms of Use

Priced estimates what second-hand items may sell for, based on public listings and other price data, and helps you write and post listings. Estimates are not appraisals or valuations for insurance, tax or legal purposes, and what your item actually sells for may differ. For high-value items, get a professional appraisal.

You can use Priced as a guest with limited features. Signing in keeps your items and unlocks more. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or Apple ID.

Pro and Reseller are subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play; they renew automatically until you cancel in that store’s settings, and the store’s terms apply to payment and refunds. Sell Packs are one-time purchases and don’t expire. Each plan has fair-use limits shown in the app. Plans bought in the app also work on the web.

You own your photos and listings. You give us permission to process them to provide the service (pricing, writing listings, posting where you ask). You’re responsible for what you list: it must be accurate, legal to sell, yours to sell, and follow the rules of the marketplace you post to. Priced only claims what you confirm, and never creates or alters images of your item.

When you post to eBay or share elsewhere, that marketplace’s terms apply to the listing and the sale. Priced isn’t a party to any sale.

You can publish an item as a public listing on Priced and talk to buyers in the Inbox. The sale is between you and the buyer: Priced isn’t a party to it, doesn’t handle payment, delivery or refunds, and doesn’t check items or people. Agree on payment and pickup yourselves, and meet somewhere public.

Only list things you own and can legally sell, at the price you’d accept, with honest photos and descriptions. Don’t use messages for spam, harassment, scams, or to ask for payment outside a method you both agreed on. You can block anyone and report listings or conversations; we may remove listings, limit messaging or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use rules.

• Price or list prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit or recalled goods, live animals and similar).
• Upload photos of people to identify them, or anything you don’t have the right to use.
• Scrape, resell or bulk-extract our prices, or work around limits and security checks.

Priced is provided by Sansa Group AB, Sweden. Priced is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses from relying on an estimate, from a sale, or from marketplace actions. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
